All pieces are handmade and some may take a little extra time to ship. In stock items usually ship within 2 days via USPS. If an item will take longer than expected, I will contact you immediately with the adjusted shipping time. Quality and craftsmanship take time, but if you are in a rush, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate.
We do not refund lost orders. Please understand that once it leaves our hands it is now in the responsibility of the US Postal Service to get it to you safely. For an additional cost you may add insurance to your item.
Returns & Exchanges
I want you to love your purchase but if you are not satisfied for any reason, please feel free to contact me within 3 days of receiving your item and we will find a mutually agreed upon solution. If a refund is determined, it will be only for the purchase price and will be issued once I receive the piece. Refunds requested more than 3 days after you receive your item will not be accepted. Each piece is handmade so items may include areas of imperfection.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or you can arrange your own shipping method. If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but most items arrive within 2-3 business days after shipment.
I realize that occasionally items do break. If this happens, please feel free to contact me so we can figure out how to get you back to wearing your piece.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock and you would still like to purchase it, please contact me. Most out of stock items can be produced in 2-3 weeks, sometimes faster.
